To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must have a significant defect or fault. This includes:- Major mechanical issues that prevent the use of the cycle or accessory.
- Defective or damaged items received upon delivery.
Minor issues or changes in preferences are not eligible for a refund but may qualify for exchange.

Before any refund or replacement is processed, our team will inspect the item. If the issue is confirmed, we will proceed with the return process. If the item does not meet our criteria, Rudra Cycles holds the right to deny the refund or replacement. -
Timeframe:
Refunds and replacements will be processed within 20 days after our team has verified the defect. For issues that cannot be resolved with a replacement, a refund will be processed through the original payment method. -
Exchanges:
In most cases, we offer exchanges for defective items rather than cash refunds. You can contact us within 10 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange. -
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, like customized cycles or accessories, gift cards, and items marked as final sale, are non-returnable. -

Shipping Costs:
